The AKG C-145B is a metal bodied condenser microphone with an overall flat frequency response between 200hz-5000hz, a 3dB curve up between 5Khz-20Khz and a linear drop by 5dB between 20Hz-200Hz.
Requires +48V Phantom power to operate and includes an 3-point attenuation pad of 0, -10 and -20dB and a 3-point high pass filter with flat or 12dB per octave at 75hz and 150hz.
The Polar pattern is undirectional (cardiod) with rear rejection at 180 degrees from the front of the microphone.
Uses:
Close micing acoustic instruments
Over-head atmosphere mic drops over a stage
Over-head Left and right over a drum or percussion kit.
